Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure data centers capable of hosting SuperX's large-scale AI server clusters
- Build and maintain relationships with data center providers, colocation partners, and hosting vendors
- Negotiate rental terms, power/cooling contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct market research on availability, pricing, and technical specifications of data centers (North America and globally)
- Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and regulatory requirements for AI server deployment
- Support internal teams in technical due diligence and project planning for server installations
- Maintain updated records of potential and contracted data center partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in data center sales, colocation, or server hosting brokerage is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors and stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI/High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure, power/cooling requirements, and networking basics
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Work authorization in USA
Compensation
- Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives

Salary Level
Annual salary of $80,000 or above. The specific amount is negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications, work experience, and professional capabilities. We offer a highly competitive compensation package to ensure that earnings are commensurate with abilities.
